We are an institution dedicated to improve the way of life for patients who suffer all kind of Chronic or Degenerative diseases.

As a challenge, we have been working in our country since 24 years, and offering our services through the Centro de Rehabilitacion y Fisioterapia Vitalidad, as the unique institution which uses the Re engineering Bio-mechanic for recovering (since it´s not applied or even unknown), Integral or Integrate Medicine, in other words, a large variety of subjects related to health service and physiologic nutrition, in accordance with the needs of each patient, taking into account of each pathology and physiologic profile; having got excellent results together with health professionals, who show both a high level of service and vocation.

Work is hard, besides, at the moment low fees charged do not cover our expenses and costs; in the past, during 23 years no fees were charged, therefore, appointments, clinical studies orders for diagnosis, conducted gym and apparatus, used to be on us. In the case of patients with degenerative diseases such as simple or severe arthrosys, disk hernia which are suitable of admission to a medical center, they need to rest in special beds and/or orthopedic mattresses to recover their damaged tissues. As we are taking care of about 7500 – 8000 patients per year, we have neither the physical space nor enough resources to provide them an appropriate attention. We would highly like to continue with our mission as we usually receive foreign patients from Germany, Norway, Finland, the USA, Canada, Bolivia, Argentina and Mexico, as well as people from German Colonies, residents in our country.

According to OMS (World Health Organization) statistics, the bone-arthro-muscle diseases are the responsible of a 75-80% range of invalidation in the world, because those diseases stop the patients´ motion in a progressive way as well as they lose connective tissue; for that reason, if it occurs to the spine, it won´t allow the right communication between brain and organs. We are in the way to treat Physiopathologies and not only Symptoms, looking for the origins through specialized studies such as: X-Ray, RM, TAC, ECOG, analysis, etc. For those studies, we have signed agreements with institutions which offer preferable prices to our patients and without charges to our Physicians.

We would like to point out the importance to use an easy language in order to let the patient understand which is his/her situation, and, in that way, to allow them to help us with the recommended treatment. The patient will be engaged in his/her complete recovering. The same happens with communication between our CNS and the body organs: the CNS sends the necessary elements to the organs to allow the recovering. This is called Bio-Mechanical Engineering in Rehabilitation.

We continue to point out that the Physiological Nutrition is the responsible of regeneration of injured tissues, including dehydration of disks in each case. The right nutrition for each need and teaching the patient about the physiological needs of his/her pathology, and to let them recognize which is the healthy food or the unhealthy food. It is also relevant to teach the patient about different medical subjects concerning each treatment, providing them in an integral way, and to continue with any other treatment, as it does not have any contraindication. For the most kind of treatments natural medicines including allopathics are usually used; they help us to recover health by a non aggressive nor residual way.

Our project, for the next future, is to get ready a comfortable, and an excellent health service Clinic, to be accessible for everyone who wants to be attended.

For that reason, through Clínica Vitalidad (a concrete dream), we work towards our said goal, and we wish to comply with our dream which is to continue helping to make it possible for patients suffering progressive pains to be recovered. These kind of patients are in the need to be attended and to be given the corresponding importance. As we previously said, we work just to cover our costs and expenses, therefore we get in touch with you to kindly ask you to open your hearts and minds, in order to help those old aged patients, who have so many needs concerning health.

We think that this is our first step; which is to inform you about the work we have been doing in a country where health is not going well.
